"Very enjoyable stay at Ramada, my room and the shower room were nice and modern, bed was comfortable and I slept well. Breakfast was fantastic with a wide variety on offer plus a hot station for waffles, omelettes, and pancakes! Staff are just the best, super friendly and helpful! Was able to check in early, and am so thankful as I had a long flight in! I didn’t get their names but the Filipino woman at the front desk, and the staff in the breakfast room, plus the cleaning staff - all amazed me with their high level of professionalism and helpfulness! Would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay again when I visit! Thank you again!"

"Accommodation is expensive in Kuwait, so I thought this hotel was worth the price. I found a small beetle on the pillow in the first room I was given, so I thought it might be a bedbug. I wrapped it in tissue and took it to the front desk, and they quickly changed my room. The breakfast was okay. Overall, I wasn't completely satisfied with the hotel, but if you're just looking for a place to sleep, this is fine."

"1-The staff of the hotel were so friendly, professional, Kind and ready to help with any question.Even they helped with the luggage to the car, allowing extra time for check-out. Requested additional pillow and that the drapes be closed correctly; the housekeeping took care of that. I'm grateful. 2- The location is not as bad as it may look due to the construction. Easy walking to a big supermarket, the mubarakia souk, the grand mosque, and even Al Asima Mall. 3- bed was comfy. 4- they provide big bottles of water complementary, that very nice. with a bit of care this hotel can be much better"
